Brown Rice Ingredients: 2 cup water and 1 cup brown rice Instructions: 1.Rinse the brown rice under cold water and soak it for 2 hours, then drain. 2.In a pot, combine the soaked brown rice and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 40 minutes. 3.After cooking, remove from heat and let it sit for 10 minutes. Fluff the rice with a fork before serving.
